On Wednesday, June 20, 2012, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Mary Elizabeth Bowen; father of Priscilla (Richard) Metcalfe, and Christopher (Susan), David and Mark (Naide) Bowen. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, four great- grandchildren and nephew Richard Bowen.
