SANDRA VICTORIA BORCHARDT (Smith) (Age 67)

Of Ashton, MD passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2016. Beloved wife of Robert O. Borchardt; loving mother of David (Dena), Kellyann (Marc) Dorfman and Susan; dear sister of Dennis Smith. Cherished grandmother of Alexa, Madeline, Michael, Rebecca, Katherine and Cameron. Also survived by her adored aunt Jean, uncles Olaf (Sonny) and James (Pete); nieces Kimberly and Sarah; sisters in law Marlene and Frances; extended family and a host of treasured friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold (David) and Barbara (Pat) Smith; sister, Susan and brothers, David and Michael. Funeral and burial are private. A Memorial Service/Celebration of Life will be held on November 13, 2016. In lieu of flowers the family ask that you make a donation to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, www.alzfdn.org.
