Beloved son of Norma Minasian (Ralph) and the late Warren Biggs; devoted father of Christopher Biggs and Stephanie Biggs; brother of Annemarie Cichy and Steven Minasian; step-son of Mary Biggs. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m., where funeral service will be held on Monday, September 27 at 11 a.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Melanoma Research Foundation, 170 Township Line Road, Building B, Hillsborough, NJ 08844.
