Of Silver Spring, MD, loving husband of Nancy Best passed away on September 2, 2015. Born March 22, 1940 in Sumter, SC, he was the son of the late Isaac and Azile Best. Roy is also survived by his loving son David Best (Janet) and daughter Marie Pearson (Douglas); brother Richard Best and sister Irma Reaves. Four loving grandchildren Courtney Burke (Andrew), Matthew Best, Katelyn and Emily Pearson. Visitation will be at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Thursday, September 10, from 7 to 9 p.m. Interment private.
