On Sunday, April 1, 2018, of Gaithersburg, MD.  Beloved son of Patricia J. and the late Stuart B. Berlin; loving brother of  Randy Berlin and Kara Combs; brother-in-law of Brian Combs; cherished uncle of Amber and Owen Combs.  Also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.  Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Friday, April 6, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  Funeral Service at the Chapel of Norbeck Memorial Park, 16225 Batchelors Forest Rd. (at Georgia Ave.) Olney, MD, on Saturday, April 7 at 1 p.m.  Interment private.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Amber & Owen Combs Educational Fund, 13 Honey Brook Circle, Gaithersburg, MD 20878.
