Beloved wife of the late Samuel Bell; mother of Margo Duke and Gordon Bell; grandmother of Andrea Amin, Ian Duke, and Jennifer Pirtle; great grandmother of Meg Amin, Emma Amin, Sean Duke, Allie Duke, Win Pirtle, and Ian Pirtle; sister of Mary Hines, the late Mervyn Burley, the late Anne Houston and the late Alice Shackelford. Margaret worked at St. John’s Child Development Center for 32 years and served as Assistant Director for Business and Fiscal Affairs. Funeral Service at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, September 26, 2016 at 1 pm, with family receiving friends at 12:30 PM.
