Beloved husband of 52 years of Carol Ann Bell; father of Kimberly Ann (William) Ellsworth and Bradley William (Shannon) Bell; brother of Betty Moore; grandfather of Samantha Taylor Bell, Blake William Bell, Rachel Beach, Deanna Weaver, Claire Ellsworth and Brandon Richart; great-grandfather of Ysabel and Molly Weaver, Kayla, Nicholas and Erin Beach. Former father-in-law of Suzanne Bell. Beloved uncle of 12 nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, January 26,  3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. where funeral service will be held on Friday, January 27 at 1 p.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
