MICHAEL EDWARD BARVIR, RN (Age 55)

Suddenly on Saturday, September 22, 2012, of Mount Airy, MD. Beloved husband of Mary C. Barvir; father of Phillip Michael Barvir and his fiancée, Jennifer Joyce; son of Rose and the late Matthew E. Barvir; brother of Daniel M. Barvir of New Haven, CT and David A. (Sheyla) Barvir; brother-in-law of William J. (Debbie) Caldo. Also survived by three nieces, Angela, Tara and Leanne. Michael served for four years in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Friday, September 28, 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
