MICHAEL STANLEY ARTINO

On Thursday, September 15, 2011, of Myrtle Beach, SC formerly of Silver Spring, MD, went to be with the Lord. Beloved husband of Linda Artino; son of the late Joseph and Hildred Artino; son-in-law of the late George and Rose Gerondakis; cherished brother of Janice Artino, Susan (John) Barbera and Alan Artino; brother-in-law of Shannon Artino, Jim and Deb Gerondakis, Steve and C.J. Gerondakis, Jim and Elaine Fraser and the late Susan Marie Ivey. Uncle of the late William Lee Sands, Jr. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, September 22, 2011, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m., where funeral service will be held on Friday, September 23, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
