On Saturday, May 28, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Eleanor Milligan Akpan; son of Ekaete and the late David Akpan; father of Paris, Alex and Brendan; stepfather of Tiffany, Todd, Andre and Alexxa; brother of Grace Inyang; grandfather of Alexander Robinson. Arnie was a licensed psychotherapist and the owner of PBA Associates in Baltimore City, MD and served the mental health community for many years. He was truly loved by his clients. Relatives and friends may call at  Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, June 26, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 pm.; where the Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 27, at 11 a.m. Interment Parklawn Memorial Park, Rockville, MD.
