On Wednesday, April 11, 2012, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late George H. Adams; mother of George H. Adams, Jr., Donald R. Adams, Shelley Alltop, Stacy A. Tedder and Sandra Adams; daughter of the late Oliver S. and Juanita D. Weaver; sister of Patricia A. Staniford and the late Oliver S. Weaver, Jr. and Harry D. Weaver. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where a Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 16, at 11 a.m. Interment at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD on Thursday, April 19, at 11 a.m., those wishing to attend are asked to assemble at the entrance at 10:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association , National Capital Area Chapter.
