Beloved husband of the late Katherine Youmans; father of James Richard, Paul, Linda Gardner, Clark, Claire Richtmyer, Lloyd, Frank, Bruce and Elizabeth Youmans. Also survived by 17 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at Knox Orthodox Presbyterian Church, 410 Granville Drive, Silver Spring, MD on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 11 a.m., with a light lunch to follow.
