On Monday, September 28, 2009, of Wheaton, MD. Beloved wife of the late Doyle G. Sands; mother of Carolyn Schwartz and William L. Sands; grandmother of Ray, Evan, Tammi, Billy and Timmy; sister of C.W. Nolen. Also survived by three great-grandchildren.
