Charles Francis Hill

On Thursday, August 2, 2018, of Silver Spring, MD. Devoted dad of Ivette Orona (Ruben); beloved grandfather of Isaiah and Gaspar Orona; brother of Simeon Hill and Raymond Hill (LaVonne). He is also survived by 3 nieces. Charles was retired from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, for his service he received a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star medals. Memorial Mass at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 805 Wayne Avenue, Silver Spring, MD on Wednesday, April 17, 2019; followed by an interment at Arlington National Cemetery at 3 p.m. Please check Collins Funeral Home website for updates.
