Manning.  Relatives and friends may call at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 9100 Colesville Road (at Highland Drive), Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, December 13, from 10 to 11 a.m. where funeral service will be held at 11a.m.  Interment Parklawn Memorial Park.
