On Friday, May 1, 2015 of’ Rockville, MD, passed peacefully to his eternal rest. Born February 28, 1944 in Washington, DC to the late A. Carl and Bertha Cass. Beloved brother of Marilyn Cass Huffman and Joanne Cass Bannan; uncle to many nieces and nephews. Graduate of Coolidge High School after attending DeMatha High School. Washington, DC. He also studied at the University of DC. He will be in our hearts forever. Rita Venusta Kirkpatrick (Age 88)

On Monday, May 4, 2015, of Silver Spring, MD.  Beloved wife of the late Stephenson O. Kirkpatrick; mother of David S. Kirkpatrick, Vickie M. Kirkpatrick, Karen K. Crawford, and Mark T. PANAGIOTA TSOULIAS BABBIS

Of Wheaton, MD. Passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Holy Cross Hospital after a short illness at the age of 84. Born in Washington, DC to the late Dimitrios and Chrisanthe Tsoulias. Wife of the late Nicholas Babbis. Beloved mother of George (Kathy), Christine, James, and Kathy (John); sister-in-law of John Babbis and the late Anna Moschetto. Also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Panagiota was a deli manager for Safeway, for over 20 years, loved to take pictures of her family, and loved bingo and scratch-offs. We all love her very much and she will always be in our hearts forever. Interment at Maryland Veteran’s Cemetery – Crownsville, 1122 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville, MD 21032, on Monday, May 4, at 10:45 a.m.
